Can I cancel an order?

 

Once orders are placed we are unable to cancel them. You can return your purchase after you have received it, however all sales on sale items are final.   

 

When will my order ship?

Super quick! We know how important fast shipping is & we strive to ship all orders the day they are received, or the next business day. 

To be as efficient as possible we do not allow orders to be canceled, changed, or combined once they are placed. Please ensure shipping addresses, sizes, and all other details are correct before finalizing your orders. 

Most orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or UPS and you will typically receive their orders in 2-5 business (This is only an estimate and not a guarantee)

Orders may be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. You will receive tracking and shipping information as soon as your order has shipped. You may also add your phone number to get text notifications on your orders delivery. (The option is available during checkout) 

*Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. This may take anywhere from 1-7 business days. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Please allow 3 to 10 business days after the order has shipped for your package to be delivered. I ship through USPS priority & standard shipping or UPS. Generally packages are delivered within 2-7 business days after processing time, however we do not guarantee any specific arrival date or time- it is an estimated arrival.

Please note: Delivery times can be affected by multiple factors such as location, distance of travel, weather, and other occurrences that may slow or speed up any delivery times. 

I made a mistake on my order, can you fix it before it ships? 

Whether it's an incorrect address, a missing item, or a wrong size, sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do you'll probably wonder if we can help. 

We can sure try! But no promises. ;)

My shipping team is CRAZY fast and sometimes they pick and pack an order before we have a chance to fix the mistake. But if you haven't yet received a shipping confirmation there might be a chance we can catch it in time. 

Send me an email with your order number and what needs to be fixed, and we will do our best.

When will new arrivals be available?

Generally we bring in new products on Tuesday but lots of new drops are made several times a week. You can subscribe to my email list and follow me on Instagram @foreverdolledup to stay in the know & be notified on when new products are live and coming soon 

Do you ship international?

We are no longer shipping internationally due to COVID

Can I use coupon codes with other promotions?

Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other promotions.

 How does sizing work?

Most items run true to size, but with cut, materials and styles each garment will slightly vary.

You can find a size chart under each item. I generally leave a tip in the description on whether or not I recommend sizing up or down.

 Why does my order sometimes come in two different packages?

I have a Boutique in Oregon, Southern California and Utah. If you order several items you may get two separate packages depending on what I have in stock for each location.

Sometimes I have to split orders due to stock availability per location. And if your order is split, don’t worry, you won't be charged any extra shipping-I cover that for you (:

Where are you located? 

My shop and storehouses are located in Oregon, California and Utah.

My first boutique originally opened up in Napa Valley just a few minutes outside of San Francisco, however It is no longer open in this location. 

Can we pick up orders in person?

My storehouses are no longer open to the public at this time. We are an online only Boutique and do offer free U.S shipping on U.S orders over $100
