All Returns & exchanges are for STORE CREDIT and issued via email as a Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card 

Returns/exchanges must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date

Forever Dolled Up gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, free of any orders and hair. Item(s) must be in original condition of its arrival and purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

International Return Policy

  • All international orders are final sales (Orders placed outside of U.S) 


Final Sale Items Include:

All sales on sale items are final.

All sales on beauty products, masks, water bottles and intimates including lingerie, undergarments, bodysuits and swimsuits are final.


To ship back your package:

You may use the shipping label I provide or ship the package back on your own: 

  • Shipping label: A shipping I provide is a flat rate of $8.00 for 1 item and flat rate $14 for 2 or more items. ( The shipping label will be deducted from your store credit Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card) Most people prefer this method to avoid post office lines
  • Ship on own: You may also choose to ship a package back on your own using your preferred mail carrier (The return label cost will not apply) 
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed**It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to process exchanges and returns 


  • Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended or use mailing label 
  • If possible you may utilize the mailer bag 
  • Please Include your full name, order number and email address (one used to place order) in the returned package
  • Return label emails can sometimes land in the spam folder, so keep an eye out for them  


 What happens next? 

    • Once I receive the items you would like to exchange/return, I will send you a gift card with store credit. You can then place a new order and pick out your new items.
    • These emails can sometimes land in the spam folder, so keep an eye out for them 
    • It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to process exchanges and returns.

Once an exchange/return request is approved please ship item(s) back within 14 days

  • Please do not ship items without first sending a request using the return box below-items will be sent back to the sender
  • You may also use your account to log in & to initiate a return/exchange or the contact form below 🙂 


A couple things to keep in mind

  • Please try on your clothing gently and with care 
  • If you are sending an item back, please gently fold the clothing and carefully place the items back into the shipping package
  • I appreciate you & your business 💕
