All returns & exchanges are for store credit and issued via email as a Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card
Forever Dolled Up gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, free of any orders and hair. Item(s) must be in original condition of its arrival and purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card) within 21 days from the date your order shipped.
International Return Policy
- Due to high international shipping costs and longer ship times, all international orders are final sales (Orders placed outside of U.S)

Final Sale Items Include:
- All sales of 20% off or more are final sales
- All orders on beauty products, masks, water bottles and intimates including lingerie, undergarments, bodysuits and swimsuits are final
- Orders placed with a delivery address outside of the U.S

How to mail your package:
- Request an exchange or return
- Pack your items and drop your package off at USPS
- Place a new order
Shipping label details:
- Shipping label: The shipping label is a flat rate of $8.00 for 1 item and flat rate $15 for 2 or more items. ( The shipping label will be deducted from your store credit Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card)
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed**It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to process exchanges and returns
Once an exchange/return request is approved please ship item(s) back within 21 days
- Please do not ship items without first sending a request using the return box (using the return portal)
- You may also use your account to log in & to initiate a return/exchange
Note:
- If possible you may utilize the mailer bag
- Please Include your full name, order number and email address (one used to place order) in the returned package
- Return label emails can sometimes land in the spam folder, so keep an eye out for them

What happens next?
- Once I receive the items you would like to exchange/return, we will send you a gift card with store credit. You can then place a new order and pick out your new items

A couple things to keep in mind
- Please try on your clothing gently and with care
- If you are sending an item back, please gently fold the clothing and carefully place the items back into the shipping package
