All Returns & exchanges are for STORE CREDIT and issued via email as a Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card 

Returns/exchanges must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date

Forever Dolled Up gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, free of any orders, hair and must be in original condition of its arrival and purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

International Return Policy

  • All international orders are final sales (Orders placed outside of U.S) 


    To return or exchange your items they must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them
    • Completely free of makeup stains, body odor, hair, pet hair, dirt, etc.
    • Items must be in original packaging
    • Items must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged
    • Items need to be in the condition of its arrival



    • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Signs of wear or damage the item will be returned back to you and no refund/exchange will be issued
    • Items purchased with store credit from previous returns are considered final sales


    • The cost of return shipping label is a flat rate $8.00 for 1 item and flat rate $14 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by Forever Dolled Up (you may also mail items back on your own)
    • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed**It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to process exchanges and returns.


    Final Sale Items Include:

    All sales on sale items are final.

    All sales on beauty products, masks, water bottles and intimates including lingerie, undergarments, bodysuits and swimsuits are final.

    Items sold at special discounts or auto discounts at checkout are considered final sales


    To ship back your order:

    • Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended or use mailing label 
    • If possible you may utilize the mailer bag 
    • Please Include your full name, order number and email address (one used to place order) in the returned package or you may include a print out of your *order confirmation* email 


     What happens next? 

      • Once I receive the items you would like to exchange/return, I will send you a gift card with store credit. You can then place a new order and pick out your new items.
      • It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to process exchanges and returns.


        Once an exchange/return request is approved please ship item(s) back within 14 days

        • Please do not ship items without first sending a request using the return portal below-items will be sent back to the sender
        • You may also use your account to log in & to initiate a return/exchange or the contact form below 🙂


        A couple things to keep in mind

        • Please try on your clothing gently and with care. I carry a very limited amount of clothing and restock items that have been returned or exchanged. This means that the Items need to be in their original condition in order to be returned/exchanged
        • If you are sending an item back, please gently fold the clothing and carefully place the items back into the shipping package
        • I appreciate you & your business 💕

        If you send me a message after hours or on weekends, I will get back to as soon as possible.
