Mini Bundt Cakes Directions

- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the walnuts if you’re using them.
- Spoon the batter into your prepared mini bundt pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let them cool completely before frosting.
Preparing the frosting
- While your cakes are cooling, whip up the frosting. Using a mixer, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cream mixing well after each addition.
- Finally, sprinkle in the beet powder for that natural pink hue. Add a little at a time to adjust for the vibrancy you desire.
- Once your mini bundt cakes are cool, add a tiny dollop of frosting on top. These cakes are already so yummy!
- If you’re feeling festive, sprinkle a few sprinkles on top. They’re totally optional but oh-so-cute!
