  • All orders are shipped by USPS Priority, First Class mail or UPS
  • 1-3 Approximate business days for handling & processing of orders
  • 1-7 Approximate business days for shipping & delivery (does not include weekends)
  • Tracking information will be emailed/texted to you once your order has been shipped 
  • Note delivery times may take longer or sooner than shipping expectancy 
  • I do not guarantee the exact delivery date, please see tracking information for regular updates. You can also set up tracking SMS messages to get regular and easy updates (you can do this during checkout)
  • Orders ship out from my California, Oregon or Utah shops 
  • Free shipping is available on select orders 
    • I am not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information, etc. Please contact your local mail delivery service to resolve package mis-placement 
    • I will provide you with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped 
    • If you like, you may purchase additional insurance through USPS using your tracking information if you prefer to do so
      • If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost is $8.00 for 1 item $14 flat rate for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Forever Dolled Up E-Gift Card).
      • You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method. If you choose your own shipping method the return label cost wont be applied  

    International Shipping Policy (Only applies to shipping outside of USA)

    • Customs, Taxes, and Duties: It's important to be note that any customs, taxes, duties, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may vary based on the country's regulations. Please contact your local customs office to obtain detailed information regarding any Customs, Taxes, and Duties before placing your order. 
    • Shipping Times and Delays: We always strive to process and ship international orders promptly. However, please understand that international shipping may involve longer transit times due to distance and customs clearance procedures. While we make every effort to minimize delays, we cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by customs inspections, transportation challenges, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Shipping Methods and Carriers: All international shipping is offered through USPS services.
    • Order Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed/texted to you once your order has been shipped 
    • Lost or Damaged Shipments: While I take great care in packaging and handling your international orders, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been dispatched. To provide additional peace of mind, I recommend considering shipping insurance, if available, to safeguard your order against unforeseen circumstances during transit.
    • Shipping costs on all international orders are final sales and non-refundable
