Shipping 
  • All orders are shipped by USPS Priority, First Class mail or UPS
  • 1-4 Approximate business days for handling & processing of orders
  • 1-7 Approximate business days for shipping & delivery (does not include weekends)
  • Tracking information will be emailed/texted to you once your order has been shipped 
  • Note delivery times may take longer or sooner than shipping expectancy 
  • We do not guarantee the exact delivery date, please see tracking information for regular updates. You can also set up tracking SMS messages to get regular and easy updates (you can do this during checkout)
  • Orders ship out from California, Oregon or Utah 
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen packages and that we do not refund items for lost, delayed or stolen packages
  • Free shipping is available on select orders 
  • Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have any concerns with your package, contact the mail carrier immediately
    • By making a purchase with us, you agree Forever Dolled Up will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, missing or delayed packages that may happen during shipment. I do not offer refunds for any lost, stolen, held, late, missing, or delayed packages. 
      • We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information, etc. Please contact your local mail delivery service to resolve package mis-placement. 
      • We will provide you with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
      • You may purchase additional insurance through USPS using your tracking information if you prefer to do so.
