  • Orders ship out from our California, Oregon or Utah stores
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen packages and that we do not refund items for lost, delayed or stolen packages
  • Free shipping is available to orders over $100 otherwise shipping is a $7 or $10 flat rate
  • Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have any concerns with your package, contact the mail carrier immediately

Ownership of packages are turned over to USPS transfers immediately to the buyer.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, held, late , missing or damaged packages.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information, etc.

Shipping is a service which you purchase from USPS/UPS along with your order from us.

Any and all shipping issues must be handled by you (the buyer) and USPS/UPS

We will provide you with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

You can purchase additional insurance through USPS using your tracking information if you prefer to do so.

We do not offer refunds for any lost, stolen, held, late, missing, delayed or damaged packages.

Once the order is with USPS/UPS its ownership is now fully the buyers.
