My daughter and I had so much fun putting these little goodie bags together for my daughter’s birthday party, and I absolutely loved how they turned out.
They were simple, sweet, and totally matched the bow theme! (:
I purchased everything separately instead of buying a premade party favor kit because I wanted each bag to feel personal and coordinate with the party as closely as possible.
I searched for the cutest coquette bow themed goodies I could find out there that would also be appropriate for children around four to six years old.
Of course, these party favors can easily be adapted for almost any age.
I even gave a few bags to my aunts, older nieces, and cousins my age because the main activity is a craft, and crafting is fun no matter how old you are!
Most importantly, I wanted the favors to feel like my daughter.
She loves bows, stickers, bubbles, and anything creative, so these little bags were such a perfect fit for her birthday.

1. The bags! Coquette Princess Mini Paper Bags
For the favor bags, I went slightly off theme and chose these adorable little coquette princess paper bags.
Since we DIY'd our piñata bags to be coquette bow themed, I didn’t feel like the second set of bags had to be bows also, especially since the bags were still pink, girly, and so cute!
We did added bow themed tissue paper which helped tie everything together perfectly.
There are also some adorable bow themed favor bags you can purchase, and I’ll link a few of those below.
2. Die Cut Bow stickers
First and foremost, I added these adorable die cut bow stickers to each favor bag.
They all have the sweetest coquette inspired designs, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality.
The stickers are thick and sturdy, almost like little pieces of cardstock, so I actually wrote “sticker” on the back of each one to make sure everyone knew they could peel and stick them instead of trying to glue them down.
I purchased several different sticker packs so I could include a fun variety of bow designs in each bag.
Then, I divided them up as evenly as possible among our 16 party favor bags.
You can easily adjust the number of stickers based on how many guests you have and how full you would like each bag to be.
I ended up adding 4 unique die cut stickers to each baggie.
Its funny because I ended up going back to the store after my daughters birthday party to purchase a pack of these stickers just for the both of us!
I am seriously so obsessed with these stickers!
They are so cute and I love them for journaling and scrapbooking!
3. Pink Wooden Bow Cloth Pins
Next, I found these adorable pink wooden bow clothespins, and I simply could not pass them up!
In the party bags, I used them to hold the bow stickers together inside the little mesh bags, but you could really use them for almost anything.
They were such a cute addition because they are bow themed and can serve a purpose.
I know little kids love collecting tiny treasures like these, and honestly, I loved this stuff as a kid too!
I’ve even been using a few of them to organize little things inside my drawers.
They’re made of wood, they’re pink, and they’re shaped like bows.
I mean, it really doesn’t get any more on theme than that!
4. Mini Pink Mesh Baggies
I got these sheer pink mini mesh bags to fit the loose bow stickers inside of them.
I was so excited when I saw how cuuuute the stickers looked through the mesh!
It felt so coquette and beyond adorable! I knew I had to include them in the favor bags.
What I love about these little mesh bags is that they can also be reused after the party.
The kids can use them to organize small school supplies, toys, marbles, erasers, or any other tiny treasures they collect.
They weren’t anything too extravagant, but they made the stickers look dazzling and extra special.
5. Bow Bubble Wands
I loved finding these little bow bubble wands in both pink and purple since those are our two favorite colors and also happened to match the party theme perfectly.
The tiny bow on top is just so adorable!
It could probably pass for a butterfly too, but it was close enough to a bow that we happily went with it.
And really, what little kid doesn’t love bubbles?
They are always an easy addition to a goodie bag.
We love receiving bubble wands in party favors, so of course we had to include some in ours too!
These mini bubble wands are perfect for playing with at the park or outside after the party.
They are even small enough for a little bubble fun during the ride home, as long as everyone is careful not to spill them! (;
6. Paint Your Own Clay Magnet Bows Activity
These paint your own clay bow magnets were really the main gift inside our goodie bags!
Since the birthday party was filled with arts and crafts, I wanted each child to take home one more little project they could decorate later.
A bow shaped craft could not have been more perfect for our theme!
I purchased several packs and divided them evenly among the favor bags, so each child received about three bows.
The bows originally came in large, bulky boxes that didn’t match the look I was going for, so I removed everything and repackaged each set inside a small, clear zip lock bag.
It was such an easy swap and it made the favors look much more coordinated and special!
To turn each one into a complete mini craft kit, I also included paint and a paintbrush for every child.
Everything they needed was ready to go, making this one of my favorite bow theme party favor ideas from the entire bag!
For younger children, be sure to choose child friendly craft supplies and provide adult supervision, especially since the magnets and individual pieces may be small.
7. Paints & Paintbrushes
In each goodie bag, I included a small selection of paints and a paintbrush so the kids could take their bow craft home and decorate it whenever they wanted.
I feel like this is such a fun little gift. I know that if my daughter received a little craft kit in a party favor bag, we would both be so excited!
It gives her something creative to do, keeps her busy, and isn’t something that will immediately be forgotten or thrown away.
I really wanted to include something that felt valuable while still being cute and perfectly on theme.
As soon as I found the paint your own clay bow magnets, I knew they had to be the main activity in our goodie bags.
We paint little clay crafts like these all the time in our house, so this idea also felt very personal to us.
I have collected so many of my daughter’s painted creations over the years, and we love rotating which ones we display on her desk.
They make such sweet keepsakes and are a wonderful activity to save for a quiet afternoon or a rainy day.
8. Bow Print Zipper Baggies
The original containers that the clay bows came in were really large and clunky, and they just weren’t very cute.
I initially thought about leaving everything in the original packaging, but it didn’t have the sweet, coordinated look I wanted for the favor bags.
Then I found these adorable clear zipper bags covered in pink bows, and they were too cute and fit everything inside, which made it a no brainer!
Once I placed the clay bows, paint palette, and paintbrush inside, I completely fell in love with how everything looked together.
The bags made each little craft kit feel so much more special, organized, and dazzle!
9. Pink Bow Tissue Paper
Since the bags themselves did not have bows on them, I added bow themed tissue paper inside to help tie the whole theme together.
You could absolutely use bow gift bags with bow tissue paper too.
Everything would match so perfectly and look absolutely adorable!
I wanted a little variety since we already had separate bow themed bags for the piñata!
I purchased the tissue paper in both pink and blue.
I used the blue tissue paper for the bags containing the dinosaur clay crafts because I knew some of the kids would be much more excited about dinosaurs than a bow craft.
The colors were not really meant to represent girls or boys. Pink and blue were simply the only colors available, and I needed an easy way to tell which craft was inside each bag.
Honestly, I would have chosen purple tissue paper if it had been an option!
I wanted each child to receive something they would genuinely enjoy.
Some of the kids are completely obsessed with dinosaurs, so it made sense to give them the dinosaur craft, even though the overall party theme was bows.
It is perfectly okay to make a few thoughtful exceptions from time to time.
Everyone still received the same pink bow clear zipper goodie bag, but the different tissue paper made it easy for me to identify which craft was inside.
