How to make easy DIY all natural bath salts

 

Rose Clarity Blend

Ingredients

  •  Dried Rose Petals
  •  Epsom Salt
  • Avocado oil
  • Rose water or rose essential oil
  • Pink himalayan salt

Lotus Flower Balance Blend

Ingredients

  • Dried Lotus flowers
  • Epsom salt
  • Avocado oil 
  • Clary sage essential oil 
  • To make blue use blue spirulina extract (optional)

Orange Blossom Energy Blend

Ingredients

  • Dried black tea leaves 
  • Dried orange tea leaves
  • Epsom salt
  • Avocado oil 
  • Orange blossom water or orange blossom essential oil

Directions

In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup of epsom salt. Add 1/4 cup of avocado oil to blend. You can add more until you reach desired consistency. Mix well. Sprinkle dried leaves and salts into your epsom salt. Mix well. 

Using essential oil? Use 1-2 drops per cup of epsom salt.

Using floral water? Use 1-2 tablespoons per cup of epsom salt. 

Add more or less epsom salt for desired consistency. 

 

Bath salts help relax the body while dried floral leaves and oils have many other benefits for skin, body and mind. Relax well. Enjoy bathing with these fabulous DIY bath salts!
