My little one is obsessed with this smoothie! It's one of her personal favorites and she requests it almost daily.
We do change up smoothies from time to time, but without a doubt, we always go back to the Barbie smoothie.
Smoothies are a great way to sneak added fruits or veggies to help boost your daily intake effortlessly.
I like to add a couple pieces of avocado to this smoothie which gives it a nice creamy texture and it's not even detectable. Frozen avocado works best for adding a nice silky texture. To keep the pink vibrant, only add a couple small chunks of avocado. Otherwise it can change or mute the hue.

Want your smoothie to be the most vibrant pink ever?
Make sure at least 50% of the fruit in your blender is pink dragon fruit!
The more dragon fruit you add, the deeper and more magical the color becomes.
For a light pink: Use a little less dragon fruit.
For a bold, Barbie-core pink: Add extra dragon fruit for that perfect dreamy hue!
Then complete your smoothie with the other ingredients. The more dragon fruit you add, the more vibrant the hue will become. If you want a lighter pink, add less of the pink dragon fruit. If you want a deeper hue, simply add more.
